Please read the following before using your Universal Solar Battery Charger. Remember to send in your warranty card.

HOW TO USE:

Open the transparent cover.
Correctly place 2 pcs rechargeable batteries (either "AA", "AAA", "C", "D" size) in the battery compartment. Note: the charger is designed to charge 2 pcs same size same brand batteries ONLY, do not attempt to mix different sizes and different brand rechargeable batteries or charge more than 2 pcs batteries at the same time, because different types and brands of the batteries are of different resistance which can greatly affect the charging system.
Slide the switch to the appropriate position to match the size of the battery, i.e. "D" position for charging 2 pcs "D" size batteries. "AA", "AAA", "C" position for charging 2 pcs "AA" or "AAA" or "C" batteries respectively.
Close the transparent cover.
Place the charger under bright sunlight and adjust the angle stand to let the solar panel for facing sunlight directly. Charging will start whenever the solor panel is exposed to a strong sunlight. The more sunlight is received, the more energy will be stored in the battery.
In order to receive the maximum sunlight, it is recommended to place the charger on the window sill, balcony, backyard...... which have no obstacle to the solar panel during time elapse and movement of the sun.

** Rechargeable time will vary depending upon the strength or the level to which the batteries are discharged and the battery capapcity. The higher the capacity of the battery will require the longer charging time. **

LIMITED WARRANTY

If this product should prove defective in workmanship or material during the period of 30 days from the date of original purchase at retail, the same will be replaced by either the Seller or Sun-Mate Corporation. SUCH REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER, AND THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, OR SELLER FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. Some states of the United States does not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may be apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state in the United States, Puerto Rico or from province to province-in Canada.
