Our mini light box is small and compact, and delivers the same amount of therapy light as just about any box out there. It's 55 watts, so it's the same amount of light, wattage-wise, as the "Junior" we also sell, but at a better price. And 55 watts is a small amount of power to use. So, within this one light box, you can receive all the therapy you need at an affordable price. Plus, it is small and lightweight (easy to move), great for your desk at work or home and even for travel. Available in either Blue-Lux (best for treating SAD) or Full Spectrum (good to have on throughout the day).
If you can't decide which one to get: the main difference between the Blue and the Full Spectrum is the frequency and concentration of light. If you are specifically buying the light box to treat SAD, get the Blue Lux. If you wish to purchase a quality full spectrum light box, get the Full Spectrum. You can also buy replacement bulbs and easily switch the bulbs if you wish.
