This high-quality, water-based clear gloss finish is exceptionally durable and resistant to abrasion. Advantages include: low odor, low VOCs, high solids, more firm build, better flow, and higher luster. Use it on wood, metal, concrete, furniture, cabinetry, or display fixtures. Also excellent for floors and furniture. Apply to clean, dry surfaces free of any foreign matter or contaminants (dirt, dust, grease, wax, silicone, soap, etc.). Dull glossy surfaces and, if more than 25% of old coating has failed, old coating should be removed prior to application. Always test sample area for compatibility. Detailed application instructions for each surface included. 2 coats required; most surfaces, 350 square feet per gallon. Clean tools and equipment, while still wet, with warm, soapy water.
