Safecoat Safe Seal is a water based, low-gloss sealer for porous surfaces. Highly effective at sealing in formaldehyde outgassing from processed wood such as plywood, particle board and pressed wood.
Contains no formaldehyde, is virtually odorless on application and odorless once cured.
Use it on porous surfaces such as concrete, wood, new drywall, grout and plaster. Improves adhesion and bonding power of adhesives and coatings applied to treated surfaces.
One gallon of Safecoat Safe Seal covers approximately 350 square feet in one coat depending on surface porosity.
