Use this product on composition roofs, rock roofs, cured hot melt asphalt, new polyurethane foam, properly primed wood, metal, masonry, tilt up concrete and mobile homes. With up to 300% flexibility, DynoFlex Roof Guard bridges small cracks very well. Standard color is white, which provides best UV resistance. Other colors available on special order. Can also be used as elastomeric exterior wall coating. Apply to dry surfaces free of any foreign matter (dirt, dust, peeling paint, etc.). Power wash all areas before applying and patch cracks, holes, seams and ducts to dry before coating. DynoFlex Roof Guard is generally meant to be applied with over 1-2 coats of Safecoat DynoSeal as part of a roof coating system. Apply with roller or spraying equipment in an even manner. For best results, apply at a rate of about 16-20 mls dry film thickness (40-50 mls wet film application). Two coats recommended; approximately 100 square feet per gallon. Clean tools and equipment, while still wet, with SafeChoice Super Clean and warm water.
