The footboard is called "Craftsman" and features nine thin vertical slats in the traditional Arts and Crafts Style to match the headboard. It is lower to the ground, allowing you to get into bed more easily. However, please note: The Natural Under Bed Storage Drawers are not compatable with this style bed (because there's not enough room).
