We asked the manufacturer why these socks are not made from 100% cotton and happily, their explanation held up! Because 100% cotton socks do not hold their fit, they stretch, tend to sag and can not tolerate the repeated washing and drying socks endure. The unique approach to solving this problem is to make socks using a corespun yarn (89% Certified Organic Cotton, 10% nylon, 1% Lycra)
These organic socks run small, so we recommend you purchase a larger size sock than what you normally wear.
