The SafeHome Duo's design has self-sealing edges that effectively remove dust mites, mold spores, pollen, odors, cleaning chemicals, ozone, paint fumes and common gases like formaldehyde which trigger allergies and asthma.
Using advanced materials that currently protect hospitals, the SafeHome Filters convert your home's air system into a powerful purifier. Unlike many electronic filters and "purifiers", SafeHome Filters do not release ions such as ozone or other hazardous gases, but actually capture them from the air in your home.
The polyester outer layers of the filter remove common allergens such as pollen and mold spores. The inner layer consists of activated carbon and FormaldaSorb™ to trap a broad spectrum of odors and common hazardous gases from cleaning chemicals, paint, particle board, and other household items.
The SafeHome Duo replaces 1" deep home air filters in any location, such as furnaces and air conditioning units and lasts up to 3 months. Please note that conditions that generate indoor pollutants, such as pets, construction work, smoke or painting, may require more frequent changes.
