The average person spends most of their life either sleeping on sheets, or wearing clothing, and we don’t want those folks, or ourselves, to be sleeping on pesticides and wearing chemicals. Cotton is the second most pesticide-laden crop in the world and a third of a pound of harmful chemicals are used to produce just one tee shirt by conventional methods. You can know that you are doing your part to effect the amount of harmful pesticides and chemicals in the environment when you wear our wonderful organic clothes. Available in two-packs. The reason these are so popular is because they are made of such luxurious amazing cotton. They are incredibly difficult to sew, because they are so thin. But that's why everybody loves them. You normally can't get organic cotton to feel this silky and be so fleecy. And you can't rush them. The secret is the straps. We oversize the straps so if the camisole doesn't fit perfectly, you can shrink them little by little in the dryer until the straps become just the right amount of tightness. Everybody is a little different in their shoulders, and this is the only way to give everybody a good fit. The camisole will hang down just enough, but not too much, which is kind of important with this particular item. But when you rush the straps, you end up with twisted straps. We tried thicker material, because heavier weight would make the strap thicker and easier to apply, but the women just didn't feel as good in them. And the men didn't like them as much either. So we went back to the light weight camisole. The way they are now, you can put anything on over them and not feel it, or just wear it as the lightest thing imaginable. So expect nothing less then luscious, super soft, super light, organic cotton. These are hand made, and take approximately 3 weeks from time of order to show up.
