Your Attic Checklist
 Room-by-room, we would like you to walk through your home, and give it an environmental upgrade. It's not hard to make the attic a healthy place to be in. Just print out this checklist, and wander over to the attic and fill it out. Then come back to Green Home to find information or products that help address your situation. PRINT YOUR ATTIC CHECKLIST
ENERGY EFFICIENCY

There is a whole-house fan in the attic, if it is desirable for the climate.

MOISTURE

There are no signs of moisture leaking around the chimney, pluming, vents or skylights or along walls or valleys.

SAFETY

There is a nonionizing smoke detector installed here.

VENTILATION

There is adequate ventilation-preferably vents in the soffit and in the ridge or vents in the gable ends.
