•You can submit photos by email only. Please save your photo in JPEG format.
•Include your full name and title of your photo(s).
•Including the photo site location is key! Where the photo was taken is required!

•Include when the photo was taken.
•Other information such as equipment used, film speed and type, and lens/aperture settings, interesting tidbits on how you took the photo and why you think this is the greatest place ever to recycle would also be useful.
•Your photos cannot be digitally altered in any way except the following: cropping, tonal variations (contrast, brightness and hue), and no forms or shapes in the photograph were moved, added or deleted (except by cropping).
•All entries should be sent via email to: photo@greenhome.com
•Entries are accepted through the end of September 2005. Judging will take place shortly thereafter and winners will be notified by November 30, 2005. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Photos are judged on quality, composition, content and general appeal. Understand that judging is a difficult task.
Eligibility and Contest Rules
•Only photos submitted with acceptance of these rules will be used for the photo contest. By submitting a photo, you accept the contest rules.
•The contest is open to everyone; however, Green Home employees and their immediate family members may submit entries but are not eligible to win.
•Photos entered into our contest are not returnable and become the property of Green Home. By submitting a photo, you agree that Green Home becomes the exclusive owner of all rights to the materials. Green Home reserves the right to publish the photos in connection with the contest.
•By submitting your photo you are stating that YOU are the photographer. All photos submitted must be original. Please do not submit photos taken by someone else. All entries must be free of claims and rights of third parties.
•By submitting a photo, you are agreeing to allow Green Home to reproduce your photo for use on the Green Home web site as well as any additional promotional features and any media outlet or other publishing format. Appropriate credit will be given where such photos are used.
•By submitting a photo, you are agreeing and understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation from the use of your photo by Green Home.
•Green Home shall have the right but not the obligation to reproduce, exhibit, transmit, publish and distribute and use in any way the submitted photograph(s).
•By submitting a photo you acknowledge that users of the Green Home website and the internet may be able to "download" any or all of the photo without Green Home approval and understand that Green Home has no control and/or responsibility for this type of unauthorized use by third parties. I hereby release Green Home from all liability in connection with any third party use made of such "downloaded" materials.
•Green Home assumes no financial responsibility for late, lost or damaged materials.
