| Green Home's Product Approval Department is led by Marc Mowrey. Marc is
co-author of Not In Our Backyard, a 500-page historical account of the U.S.
environmental movement, published by William Morrow in 1993. In 1994 he
wrote and hosted "Green Boys," a call-in environmental radio program that
aired on public radio stations around the U.S. He has written about
environmental affairs for Omni, Playboy, and the Los Angeles Times. He was a
contributing editor for The Animal Rights Handbook. He has compiled
environmental databases since 1985, when he co-founded Landmark Systems, the
first company to bring federal environmental regulations online to
manufacturers. He is currently a Specialist for the Environmental Protection
Agency, where he negotiates the transboundary movement of hazardous waste.
He created and maintains the Waste Code Correlation Dictionary, and oversees
all Web development for the regional Waste Management Division of EPA in San
Francisco.
